The mission of the Research and Evaluation unit at TUH is to improve individual, organizational, and community capacity and decision-making through data collection and analysis.


Our Team

Heather Goldsworthy

Heather Goldsworthy, PhD
Director of Research and Evaluation

Dr. Goldsworthy is an evaluation research specialist with over 7 years’ experience in government, non-profit, and education fields. She received her doctorate in Social Ecology from the University of California – Irvine, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from Washington State University. Heather’s key area of expertise is evaluation of both program impact and implementation using mixed methods for data collection and analysis. She is Bronze Level certified in the Kirkpatrick Method of Evaluation.


Morgan Goodling

Morgan Goodling, MSW

Ms. Goodling has over a decade of experience in direct service work, including employment as a sexual assault therapist and advocate, mobile therapist, and behavior specialist consultant for children. She has a master’s degree in Psychology from Shippensburg University, where she served as a graduate assistant in the Office of Institutional Research. Morgan also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.


Christina Reardon
Christina Reardon, MSW, LSW
Research Associate

Ms. Reardon brings a unique combination of professional experiences in writing, social work, and evaluation to the R&E team at TUH. She contributes to multiple evaluation projects and works with organizations to increase their capacity to measure and improve their effectiveness. A former full-time journalist, Christina continues to write on a freelance basis. She is an editorial advisor at Social Work Today magazine, and has written articles on a wide variety of topics, including behavioral health, aging, technology, and social work education. Christina earned her master’s degree in social work from Temple University, and her bachelor’s degree in journalism from Marquette University.
